#23 Is This Really The End?

Wow! Congratulations!! You’ve reached the 23rd thing. Be sure to give yourself a pat on the back for completing the program. Your reward for completing this journey before the January 12 deadline is a useful and handy MP3. But before sending this off to you, I ask for one last discovery post.

For your last and final exercise for this program please reflect on your learning journey and post a few thoughts. Here are some questions to prompt you if you're drawing a blank ...

What were your favorite discoveries or exercises on this learning journey?

How has this program assisted or affected your lifelong learning goals?

Were there any take-aways or unexpected outcomes from this program that surprised you?

What could we do differently to improve upon this program’s format or concept?

And last but not least…

If we offered another discovery program like this in the future, would you again chose to participate?

In closing, we want to thank each and every one of you for joining us on this journey. Our hope is that this not the end of our learning journey together as a staff and a system, but rather it’s just the start of something amazing …

I can't believe I made it to the end and that I am actually using some of the lessons.
Thanks.

This was a great ride. Please be a little clearer with your instructions. Others at my branch have expressed the same thought. I'll look forward to more soon! here's the link:

Are we here? I can't believe it, but I have enjoyed it. Learning online is so much easier because you can set your own pace according to what else is going on in your life.

Lesson #23
Hootie hoo, I'm finished!
I feel like I've been running a race, but it was worth it some of the time. My favorite lessons were #19 (Web 2.0 Awards), great for wanna-be writers and #18 (Zoho Writer & Zoho Meeting), those are self-explanatory. I'll definitely be using those two. I also liked "Library Thing". Thisandthat-lucky7.blogspot.com

It's hard to put down a favorite. The one discovery I use daily is Delicious. Boy, is that a handy tool! Especially if you work from different computers all of the time!

The program has effected my lifelong learning by making technology more of a part of it.

What could be done to improve the program? Maybe a notice on how long each exercise would take would be handy. I had to quit in the middle of more than a few. Then I had to go back and try to figure out where I left off.

I would very definitely participate in more discovery programs! This one has been very helpful!
